Affiliate Business Development Manager, Poland

📋 Description

• Expert knowledge of trading/crypto markets, regulations, and key players.
• Affiliate recruitment: attract affiliates, VIP traders, communities, and influencers.
• Results-driven campaigns to boost trading activity via affiliate channels.
• Relationship building with VIPs and affiliates; align strategies.
• Partnership expansion: meet partners to grow cooperation locally and globally.
• Collaboration with Product team; share market insights to optimize offerings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Polish.
• Proven experience in affiliate operations, performance marketing, or BD in crypto/trading—especially in Poland.
• Strong analytical skills with data/BI tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau/Looker or similar).
• Understanding affiliate marketing operations: tracking, attribution, campaign management.
• Highly organized, process-oriented, and able to own end-to-end operations.
