Affiliate Coach (Mental health)

📋 Description

• Provide remote short-term mental health coaching sessions for adults.
• Participate in training on Lyra's coaching model.
• Support clients with emotions, practicing empathy and safe space.
• Share assessments between sessions to track progress.
• Engage in clinical consultation with Lyra’s clinical team.
• Adhere to Lyra’s coaching model and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• ICF/AC/EMCC accredited cert OR advanced ICF credentials (ACC/PCC/MCC).
• Minimum 100 coaching hours with adults post-graduation.
• Fluent in German or French or Italian; English a plus.
• Registered to work fully from Switzerland, Germany, France, or Italy.
