• Deliver counselling via in-person, video, and telephonic modalities.

• Verify client interactions via Lyra’s notice system and SLAs.
• Identify high-risk cases and crises; follow emergency protocols.
• Uphold ethical boundaries and professional governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or higher in Counseling/Clinical Psychology, MPhil or PhD.
• Valid professional license/registration to practice in India.
• Minimum two years post-qualification clinical experience.
• Prior EAP experience preferred; knowledge of short-term, solution-focused therapy.
• Strong administrative discipline and ability to maintain confidentiality.
