📋 Description

• Deliver counselling via Face-to-Face, Virtual, and Telephonic modalities.
• Provide short-term, solution-focused therapy for workplace wellness.
• Maintain 24-hour documentation and meet global quality standards.
• Verify client interactions via Lyra’s official notice system.
• Identify high-risk cases and follow SLAs for emergencies.
• Uphold ethical boundaries and non-solicitation policy.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or higher in Counseling/Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD.
• Valid license to practice counseling in India.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification clinical experience.
• Prior EAP experience preferred; short-term, solution-focused.
• EAP services and workplace wellness; stress management; relationships.
• Grief and family/play therapy or creative interventions.
