Affiliate EAP Counsellor (Network Partnership)

📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality counselling via Face-to-Face (in-person), Virtual (on-camera), and Telephonic
• Apply evidence-based, solution-focused interventions tailored to workplace wellness
• Complete all case notes within Lyra's 24-hour documentation compliance policy
• Ensure all client interactions are formally verified via Lyra's official notice system
• Identify high-risk cases, crises, or clinical red flags and follow Lyra's SLAs for emergency
• Adhere to ethical boundaries, financial integrity, and strict non-solicitation policies

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years of post-qualification clinical experience
• Valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India
• Master's degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD
• Dedicated physical office or clinic space in the city of application
• Prior experience as an EAP service provider is highly preferred
• Proven expertise in EAP services, workplace wellness, stress management, occupational burnout
