• Own Blockchain.com's Web3 affiliate network and partner ecosystem.
• Drive high-value users to wealth.blockchain.com.
• Build elite networks with alpha groups and KOLs; bridge to wealth.
• Lead direct outreach; create incentivized affiliate deals.
• Collaborate with product, content, and Legal/Compliance on promos.
• Measure performance; optimize campaigns and payouts.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in affiliate marketing, BD, or growth partnerships in Web3/DeFi/crypto exchanges.
• Deep crypto literacy; on-chain participant; liquidity sourcing; tokenomics.
• Proven network of active Web3 affiliates, alpha groups, or copy-trading communities.
• Relentless outreach mindset; comfortable cold pitching and closed networks.
• Strong understanding of referral tooling and data attribution mechanics.
• Excellent negotiation skills; build win-win commission structures.
