📋 Description

• Build, scale, and optimize Blockchain.com's global Web3 affiliate network.
• Execute daily outreach to recruit high-signal affiliates and communities.
• Leverage a personal network of whales and traders to funnel traffic.
• Design incentive structures and campaign tooling for affiliates.
• Ensure tracking, attribution, and payout pipelines run flawlessly.
• Collaborate with product, content, and Legal/Compliance on promotions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in affiliate marketing within Web3/DeFi/crypto exchanges.
• Deep crypto literacy; active on-chain participant with liquidity, derivatives, tokenomics.
• Proven network of active Web3 affiliates.
• Relentless outreach mindset; comfortable with cold pitching and closed networks.
• Strong understanding of referral tooling and data attribution.
• Excellent negotiation skills to build win-win commission structures.
