Affiliate Lead

📋 Description

• Lead, recruit, onboard, and coach a team of affiliate managers.
• Define scaling strategies across key GEOs to drive partner growth.
• Oversee CPA/RevShare/Hybrid terms, monitor traffic, and curb fraud.
• Own the affiliate P&L, analyze ROI/retention, and drive data-based decisions.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Finance on brand strategy and conferences.
• Growe Partners' affiliate program for betting and casinos.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in affiliate marketing; iGaming experience preferred.
• Proven track record mentoring a team.
• Experience with LatAm and Tier 2 markets.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate economics (CPA, RevShare, ROI, LTV, NGR) and Excel/Sheets.
• Results-driven with accountability for team output.
• Clear communication for high-level partnerships.
