📋 Description

• Build and refine target lists of prospective affiliate partners to outbound against, including a
• Own the full relationship from cold outreach through negotiation, onboarding, and first payment
• Increase the number of active affiliates sending converting leads weekly, not just the total number
• Re-engage dormant segments of your lists with updated & custom incentive structures
• Hand off activated partners to our Customer Success team with clear documentation once onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in affiliate management, partnerships, or creator partnerships
• Demonstrated experience proactively recruiting and onboarding partners or affiliates, not just
• Comfortable owning a relationship end-to-end: outreach, negotiation, and onboarding
• Understanding of the info-business, course, or creator-economy space well enough to identify strong
• Comfortable operating without a fully defined playbook
