Affiliate Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international affiliate partners
• Identify, approach, and onboard new affiliates to expand the partnership portfolio
• Negotiate competitive partnership terms and optimize commission structures
• Track affiliate traffic quality and campaign performance against KPIs
• Analyze performance metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Monitor affiliate budgets and optimize ROI while maintaining traffic quality

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the iGaming industry
• Practical experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 iGaming markets
• Demonstrated ability to identify, recruit, develop, and scale affiliate partnerships
• Established network of active, reliable affiliate partners is a significant advantage
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with traffic performance data
