Affiliate Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and grow the affiliate network through recruiting and onboarding partners.
• Maintain strong partner relationships with ongoing support and resources.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs (traffic, leads, conversions, revenue).
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and improve affiliate program results.
• Coordinate affiliate communications and ensure partners have necessary tools.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and address fraudulent/noncompliant behavior.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.
• Fluency in Russian, written and spoken.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing affiliate partners.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
