📋 Description

• Develop and expand the affiliate network by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding affiliates
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliates with ongoing support and resources
• Monitor campaign performance by tracking traffic, leads, conversions, and revenue
• Analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities
• Manage affiliate communications and provide tools for success
• Ensure compliance and address fraudulent or noncompliant activity

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Russian, written and spoken
• Experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management
• Experience recruiting onboarding and managing affiliate partners
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
