📋 Description

• Lead the online sales strategy for the Affiliate Program.
• Recruit, manage and support top affiliates and networks.
• Build relationships and optimize affiliate performance.
• Set and manage monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Negotiate payout models (CPA, CPL, CPS) with affiliates.
• Travel to trade shows to network and close deals.

🎯 Requirements

• English fluency is a must
• 3+ years in Media or Affiliate Marketing
• Knowledge of traffic types and CPA, CPL, CPI models
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in fast-paced environment
• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (Affise, HasOffers, Cake, Voluum)
• Highly organized with exceptional time management
