📋 Description

• Develop and expand the affiliate network by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding relevant
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates with ongoing support and resources.
• Monitor affiliate campaign performance by tracking traffic, leads, conversions, and revenue.
• Analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities and improve results.
• Manage affiliate communications and ensure partners have tools to succeed.
• Ensure compliance with affiliate guidelines and address noncompliant activity when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Russian, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, program management, partnerships, or similar roles.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing affiliate partners.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills for multiple partners.
• Proactive, organized, and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
