Recruit, onboard, and manage LATAM affiliates (LATAM markets).
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates.
Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals with the team.
Monitor affiliate performance metrics (FTDs, NGR, retention, traffic quality).
Optimize campaigns and promotions to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with marketing, analytics, Payments, Risk, CRM, and Compliance teams.

🎯 Requirements

3–5+ years in Affiliate Management, LATAM preferred.
Proven LATAM market experience.
Existing portfolio of active affiliates.
Strong understanding of affiliate KPIs and models.
Experience with NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar.
Excellent English; Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.
