Affiliate Manager

📋 Description

• Build and grow the affiliate channel from the ground up
• Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates, publishers, and networks
• Negotiate CPA and performance-based partnership terms
• Launch and coordinate affiliate campaigns across products and offers
• Monitor and optimize affiliate performance and unit economics
• Manage affiliate tracking, attribution, reporting, and payout accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing
• Strong experience recruiting and managing affiliates, publishers, and networks
• Proven ability to proactively source and activate new partners
• Experience negotiating CPA and performance-based partnerships
• Strong understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution, UTMs, and reporting
• Experience with Everflow or similar affiliate platforms
