📋 Description

• Source, onboard, and activate new affiliates, webmasters, and media-buying teams within the crypto
• Build and expand a high-quality network of affiliate partners generating profitable traffic.
• Develop, structure, negotiate, and launch CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid deals.
• Evaluate deal economics using LTV, ROI, ROMI, traffic profitability, and margins.
• Monitor product and conversion metrics: conversion rates, FTDs, retention, and NGR.
• Analyze affiliate/traffic performance to optimize acquisition economics and growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong crypto iGaming experience and crypto-focused traffic sources.
• Proven experience with crypto casinos and crypto-oriented affiliate marketing.
• Established network of affiliates, webmasters, or media buyers in iGaming.
• Experience negotiating CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid models.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze LTV, ROI, ROMI and profitability.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, fully remote international environment.
