📋 Description

• Grow and optimize the affiliate network and manage partner relationships.
• Recruit, onboard, and enable affiliates and partners.
• Monitor performance metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, revenue).
• Analyze data to identify optimization opportunities and improve results.
• Manage communications and provide tools/resources to partners.
• Ensure compliance with affiliate guidelines and address noncompliance when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.
• Fluency in Russian (written and spoken).
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing affiliate partners.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work with international teams.
