📋 Description

• Develop and expand the affiliate network through recruitment and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong affiliate relationships with support and resources.
• Monitor campaign performance by tracking traffic, leads, conversions, and revenue.
• Analyze data to identify optimization opportunities and improve results.
• Coordinate affiliate communications and ensure partners have tools to succeed.
• Ensure compliance with affiliate guidelines and address noncompliant behavior.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Russian, written and spoken.
• Experience in affiliate marketing, program management, partnerships, or similar roles.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing affiliate partners.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills for multiple partners.
• Responsible, organized, proactive, and able to work with international teams.
