Affiliate Manager (GCC)

📋 Description

• Own and execute player acquisition strategy across GCC markets with focus on FTD and revenue growth.
• Launch, manage, and optimize acquisition campaigns via affiliates, paid media, influencers, SEO
• Identify new opportunities and emerging channels to accelerate regional growth.
• Build relationships with affiliates, media agencies, publishers, and influencers.
• Monitor campaign performance using CPA, ROI, LTV, FTDs, and conversion rates.
• Manage budgets to maximize commercial returns across channels.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in acquisition, performance/affiliate growth marketing in iGaming.
• Proven track record driving FTD growth in GCC markets.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, paid acquisition, and growth strategies.
• Experience negotiating CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid and other partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into decisions.
• Commercial mindset with negotiation and partner management skills.
