Affiliate Manager, Germany

📋 Description

• Identify, reach out, and onboard new DACH affiliate partners (Germany focus).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates in DACH.
• Negotiate deals, set KPIs, and drive partner performance.
• Explore new markets to grow Hostinger's visibility and revenue in DACH.
• Monitor data, analyze trends, and propose growth-driven optimizations.
• Leverage automation and AI tools to boost efficiency and engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in affiliate marketing or partnership management.
• Deep understanding of the DACH digital/affiliate landscape incl. Idealo/Geizhals.
• Proven ability to build and grow affiliate network partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation and communication in German-speaking markets; fluent in English.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with AI and automation tools in daily workflows.
