• Attracting and retaining affiliate partners through proactive outreach.
• Searching for new partners via industry forums, social media, and conferences.
• Tracking partner performance: conversions, traffic quality, KPI fulfilment.
• Participating in international conferences and industry events.
• Conducting competitor analysis to identify new partnership opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of iGaming experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• English B2+; Spanish advantageous.
• Active database of local affiliates is a plus.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate traffic and optimize campaigns.
• Experience with affiliate platforms (Affilka, Affise, or similar) is a plus.
