📋 Description

• Attract and retain affiliate partners (SEO, PPC, ASO, FB) via outreach.
• Find new partners through forums, social media, and conferences.
• Track partner performance: conversions, traffic quality, KPIs.
• Represent company at international conferences and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver marketing campaigns.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify new partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in iGaming.
• Excellent communication and negotiation; build long-term partner relationships.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Active database of Tier-1 affiliates is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset to evaluate traffic quality.
• Experience with affiliate platforms (Affilka, Affise) a plus.
