🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
• 3-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or related role with at least 2
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
• Experience negotiating performance deals and can clearly articulate deal-making approach
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable building a volume/budget forecast and an approach to achieve it
