📋 Description

• Manage global affiliate, content, and influencer programs to drive growth.
• Lead international affiliate discovery, activation, and optimization.
• Implement partner recruitment and onboarding for global expansion.
• Develop strategic plans for designated international markets to grow partnerships.
• Build and maintain long-term affiliate partnerships.
• Collaborate with product and IT on integration across referral platforms (Partnerize, Impact, Awin, CJ).

🎯 Requirements

• Growth-stage ecommerce or affiliate/digital marketing experience.
• Data-driven strategist with strong analytical insights.
• Proven international affiliate program growth (Partnerize, Awin, CJ, Impact).
• Deep understanding of the international affiliate landscape.
• Excellent communication and negotiation across cultures.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
