Affiliate Partnerships Manager

📋 Description

• Own the strategy, execution, and ongoing management of affiliate programs across multiple client
• Develop program strategies and 30-, 60-, and 90-day roadmaps aligned with client revenue, online
• Recruit, negotiate with, and activate partners, including publishers, review sites, newsletters
• Apply and refine affiliate recruitment, onboarding, content partnership, and performance management
• Configure, test, and maintain tracking, attribution, and reporting workflows using platforms such
• Analyze program performance, identify conversion challenges, evaluate partner quality, and make

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, influencer marketing, or
• At least 2 years of experience working in a marketing agency or professional services environment.
• Demonstrated success recruiting, negotiating with, and growing affiliate partnerships that generate
• Strong understanding of affiliate tracking and attribution, including cookies, pixels
• Hands-on experience setting up, managing, and troubleshooting affiliate platforms such as Impact
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret campaign data, identify opportunities
