Affiliate & Partnerships Manager

📋 Description

• Own affiliate revenue targets and channel performance, maintaining discipline around acquisition
• Manage channel economics through contribution margin, LTV, blended CAC, and cohort retention
• Lead the global affiliate and creator program across the United States, Canada, and Australia
• Drive US market expansion through TikTok and TikTok Shop, developing creator-led acquisition
• Build and optimize the creator lifecycle, converting customers into ambassadors, affiliates, and
• Develop a diversified creator roster, strengthening mid-tier relationships and reducing revenue

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or partnerships, with direct
• Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC), e-commerce, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environments
• A proven track record of building or significantly improving an affiliate or creator program, with
• Strong understanding of growth and profitability metrics, including CAC, blended CAC, LTV, payback
• Experience launching or scaling programs in new markets, ideally including the US market.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok and TikTok Shop strategies, particularly for creator-led acquisition.
