Develop knowledge of commissions structure and apply across affiliate activity
Monitor and maintain affiliate records in referral program platform, including upgrades, link assignments, tagging
Validate commission calculations for accuracy before payouts
Process weekly commission payouts timely and flag discrepancies
Maintain affiliate payment and tax records in compliance with policies
Prepare and issue year-end 1099 forms to affiliates

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 2 years in a front-facing role, preferably in Affiliate operations or Accounts Payable
Hands-on experience with referral program tracking software, such as FirstPromoter
Experience with global payout platforms and methods
General understanding of Accounts Payable processes, including vendor onboarding and tax documentation
Experience with Excel and Google Sheets
