🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in operations, admin coordination, or program support
• Excellent English written communication with US team
• Experience with CRM or database tools; data entry and quality checks
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage high-volume tasks
• Background in ecommerce operations (fulfillment, inventory, order mgmt)
• Comfortable in a distributed, fast-paced environment
