• Proven experience developing affiliate marketing strategies for acquisition and retention.
• Experience managing and mentoring affiliate managers.
• Strong analytical skills; evaluate ROI and optimize campaigns.
• Identify valuable partnerships and build long-term affiliate relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders.
