• High-volume, hands-on review role focused on accuracy
• First-pass reviews of resident files across affordable housing programs
• Escalation of complex cases to Tier 2 with clear notes
• Follow documented review guides and reference materials
• Collaborate with Tier 2 and product teams to improve the system

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in affordable housing compliance file review or related field
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD Section 8, and/or USDA Rural Development
• Ability to apply guidelines and escalation criteria
• Certifications a plus (COS, SHCM, TCS, BOS, HCCP, NCP)
• Clear written communication and high attention to detail
• Experience in software/SaaS environment; AI familiarity a plus
