📋 Description

• Audit resident files across LIHTC, HUD Section 8, USDA RD for compliance
• Apply expert judgment to complex income/asset calculations
• Validate automated outputs against program requirements
• Identify gaps; escalate cases needing manual review
• Feed findings back to product/engineering to drive improvements
• Build internal reference guides for compliance decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in affordable housing compliance file review or auditing
• Deep knowledge of LIHTC, HUD Section 8, USDA RD
• State housing finance agency or third-party compliance background
• Certifications: COS, SHCM, TCS, BOS, HCCP, NCP or similar
• Strong written communication; explain reasoning clearly
• Experience with software/SaaS or translating rules to software
