After-hours Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Be the backbone of after-hours operations, managing loads after hours.
• Serve as the key link between clients, carriers, and Account Managers.
• Troubleshoot issues on the fly to keep deliveries on track.
• Anticipate weather, traffic, or equipment issues to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain clear communication and support for drivers and customers.
• Document load details and delivery updates for accurate billing.

🎯 Requirements

• HS diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 1+ years in freight brokerage or logistics (preferred; we will train).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure.
• Willing to work after-hours including nights and weekends.
• Accurate documentation of load details and billing.
