• Collaborate with stakeholders to align servicing journeys with technology.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in Enterprise/Technical Architecture within complex environments.
• Proven ability to lead technical discovery, current-state analyses, and target-state
• Strong skills in application and integration architecture; capable of reviewing diagrams and API
• Experience with legacy modernization, ERP/CRM/OMS contexts, and repair/warranty servicing domains.
• Ability to facilitate architecture workshops and present to senior leaders.
• Excellent communication to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
