Lead enrichment activities in areas like dance, arts, music, sports, STEM, chess
Support student growth and provide a safe, engaging after-school experience
Co-lead a cohort of ~15 students and supervise after-school activities

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency; associates preferred
2+ years working with elementary/middle schoolers in educational/youth settings
Expertise in enrichment areas (dance, visual arts, music, sports, STEM, etc.)
Strong classroom/group management and communication
Ability to work collaboratively and maintain safety/structure

🎁 Benefits

Hourly rate: $18/hour for Group Leaders
Hourly rate: $28.69/hour for Activity Specialists
Part-time, in-person role based in New York City; travel to schools as needed
