Ensure student safety at all times by knowing the location of all students and following authorized
Implement structured daily programming aligned to the aftercare schedule
Adapt activities to meet the needs of your group and the space available
Build positive relationships and maintain respectful communication with students, families, and
Understand and follow emergency and safety protocols outlined by the school leadership

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or higher
Prior experience working with children and creating engaging, age-appropriate activities
Communicates clearly and professionally with students, families, and school staff
Demonstrates responsibility, reliability, and a positive attitude
Can effectively manage time and resources to create a smooth and enjoyable aftercare experience
Willing and able to complete state database fingerprinting, a background check and Mandatory Abuse
