Aftermarket Planning  Procurement Lead

📋 Description

• Global demand forecasting, planning & purchasing for aftermarket/service parts to minimize
• First point of contact for Waymo service centers on Aftermarket parts topics.
• Communicate supply plans to suppliers/OEMs to avoid shortages.
• Build complex models including AI agents for forecasting and analyses for executive reviews.
• Collaborate with Warehousing & 3PL to align planning and warehousing.
• Manage aftermarket operations and lead direct reports as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS with 10+ years as Demand & Supply Planner or similar in high-tech or automotive.
• Strong quantitative problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strategic thinking, project management, and collaboration across levels.
• Effective written and spoken English, adaptable communication style.
• Comfort with ambiguity and strong time management in autonomous environments.
• Excellent organizational skills with task initiation and follow-through.
