Agency Lead

📋 Description

• Drive revenue with top agencies (WPP and independents)
• Build relationships at the c-level and educate agencies on Pinterest ads
• Partner with Pinterest Sales and leadership to execute agency strategy
• Work with Global Agency team to identify local market opportunities
• Build, negotiate and close annual commercial partnerships with agency networks
• Demonstrate impact using metrics and market feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in digital ad agency and agency sales with revenue targets
• Deep knowledge of the French market and independents ecosystem
• Experience implementing sales strategies across holdco/opco in media agency networks
• Experience with executive-level agency leaders and customer-focused approach
• Proven track record managing commercial partnerships with internal xfn and agencies
• Independent, business-focused thinker who thrives with leading agency partners
