📋 Description

• Build and manage trusted relationships with talent agencies, managers, and representatives, serving
• Own a portfolio of agency partnerships, driving creator activation, engagement, retention, and
• Lead onboarding and activation efforts for agency partners and their represented creators, ensuring
• Understand agency partners' business models, priorities, and creator rosters to develop tailored
• Analyze agency and creator performance, translating data and insights into actionable
• Provide strategic guidance to agency partners and their creators, helping them optimize content

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, talent management, agency
• Experience managing external partnerships and building trusted relationships with talent managers
• Strong understanding of the creator economy, creator monetization, affiliate marketing, social
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, including the ability to
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing
