🎯 Requirements

1–2 years of high-volume customer service experience (Retail, Hospitality, Banking, or Tech Support)
Genuine interest in personal finance and the stock market
Comfortable juggling multiple browser tabs, using Slack, and leveraging keyboard shortcuts
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Bilingual French is a plus
