📋 Description

• Lead AI agent builds from zero to one, driving outcomes.
• Design agent development strategies for each customer's goals and tech.
• Improve speed, quality, and consistency by reducing bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate needs into builds.
• Guide complex rollouts and ensure launches deliver measurable impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles like implementations or solutions consulting.
• Experience leading complex software or AI deployments with measurable results.
• Technical fluency with SaaS platforms, integrations, and APIs.
• Strong operational instincts with scalable processes or playbooks.
• Clear communicator who can work with executives and operators.
• Power user of AI tools; familiarity with Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus.
