Agent Development Manager

📋 Description

• Own strategy and execution for deploying Decagon across complex enterprise environments.
• Design and own the agent development playbook to make builds repeatable and scalable.
• Partner with customer teams and cross-functional groups to translate needs into agent builds.
• Guide complex rollouts, align stakeholders, and ensure launches deliver measurable impact.
• Lead AI agent builds from zero to one, driving execution, adoption, and outcomes.
• Design agent development strategies tailored to each customer’s goals and environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles like implementations or solutions consulting, or in consulting, finance, product, or PM.
• Experience leading complex software or AI deployments with measurable results.
• Technical fluency with SaaS platforms, integrations, and APIs.
• Strong operational instincts with experience building scalable processes or playbooks.
• Clear communicator who can work effectively with executives and operators.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Zendesk or Salesforce.
