Agent Education Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as product expert and enablement lead for strategic accounts.
• Design and lead hands-on workshops for top prospects and accounts.
• Build learning pathways and repeatable programs for Decagon University.
• Own and scale enablement content, incl. train-the-trainer and digital learning.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and PMM to align programs with product capabilities.
• Build and scale partner enablement programs for agencies, SIs, and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-8 years in customer-facing roles (B2B SaaS preferred).
• Experience making complex technical products approachable.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple priorities.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional partnering.
• Bonus: enablement for partner/channel programs; familiarity with conversational AI.
