Agent Engineer - US Remote

📋 Description

• Architect and implement agentic framework with tool use, context, memory, planning
• Build modular agents to automate investigative tasks and aid analysts
• Scale LLM infra: prompt engineering, RAG, evaluation loops
• Design safe, observable, auditable agent behaviors for high-sensitivity use
• Evaluate reasoning, latency, success, and hallucination; iterate
• Promote ownership, rapid experimentation, ethical AI deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Strong backend/systems engineering; Python preferred
• Experience with LLMs, agents, tooling (LangChain, vector DBs, caches)
• Experience with agentic pipelines and info flow optimization
• System design with safety, scalability, and explainability
• Product empathy; optimize agent impact on analysts
• Bias toward experimentation and fast iteration; knowledge graphs/AI safety a plus
