Agent Experience Designer, Agentic Voice

📋 Description

• Own the agent's voice, character, and personality across verticals.
• Design seamless handoffs and preserve context when passing to humans.
• Define and measure CFL (Consistency, Fluency, Latency) to tie to outcomes.
• Shape voice pacing, prosody, and emphasis for brand experiences.
• Partner with AI engineers to orchestrate prompts and flows.
• Based in the San Ramon, CA office.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years shaping voice UIs, character writing, or agentic systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Psychology, Design, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in shaping voice UIs and complex conversational systems.
• Proficiency with LLM-based agent behaviors, prompts, and orchestration.
• Proficiency with Text-to-Speech controls, including SSML tuning and pacing.
• Portfolio showing voice systems, persona standards, and interactive logic.
