Respond to agent inquiries via tickets and calls.
Collaborate with the team to resolve agent issues promptly.
Escalate complex requests to Onboarding, Marketing, MLS, Engineering.
Conduct remote product, platform, and program walkthroughs via Zoom or Google Meet.
Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.
Help agents use Real’s technology to achieve positive business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2–4 years in customer support.
At least 1 year real estate industry experience.
Experience with Zendesk.
Proficiency with Google Workspace.
Excellent verbal/written communication.
