Agent Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Own operating results for large institutional owners of single family homes
• Manage customer books end-to-end: dispositions and acquisitions from day a home lands to closing
• Co-own customer relationships with business relationship leads, owning the operating side
• Run cadence, bring analysis, catch problems early, and communicate truth to customers
• Set priorities across agents, pricing, field, and transaction coordination teams
• Help launch new customers, markets, and programs like REO

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in real estate operations, portfolio/asset management, or account management for
• Demonstrated ownership of portfolio outcomes or operating side of customer relationship, including
• Working knowledge of full transaction lifecycle: pricing, listing, offers/negotiation, contract to
• Experience launching new customer, market, or program to steady state
• Real estate license preferred, not required
• Specific, demonstrable AI workflows with general-purpose LLM (ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) used on a
