Agent Strategy Manager

📋 Description

• Play a key role in shaping the Agent Strategy function and laying the groundwork for its operation at Decagon
• Build meaningful partnerships with customers, acting as their strategic advisor
• Co-pilot with customers throughout deployment from scoping to full adoption and value realization
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to surface needs and influence the roadmap
• Communicate with stakeholders from individual contributors to C-level
• Identify and support new projects to best support our team and customers

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of customer-facing experience in technical B2B SaaS
• Proven experience managing large customers and high-visibility projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion and teamwork skills
• Business understanding of GTM sales processes
• Strong technical acumen (coding not required)
