• Shape the Agent Strategy function and operations at Decagon
• Build lasting customer partnerships and act as their strategic advisor
• Co-pilot deployment journeys from scoping to full adoption and value
• Continuously learn product features and AI industry context
• Communicate with stakeholders from ICs to C-level executives
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to influence the roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS
• Experience managing large customers and multi-stakeholder projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; simplify complex concepts
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion and teamwork skills
• GTM sales teams and processes understanding
• Strong technical acumen; coding not required
