Agent Strategy Manager

📋 Description

• Shape the Agent Strategy function and how it operates at Decagon
• Build partnerships with customers and act as their strategic advisor
• Co-pilot with customers through deployment to full adoption
• Continuously learn and upskill in product features and AI industry context
• Communicate with customer stakeholders up to C-level
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to influence the roadmap based on customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in customer-facing technical B2B SaaS
• Proven experience managing large customers and multi-stakeholder projects
• Excellent communication and presentation for non-technical audiences
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion and teamwork skills
• Business understanding of GTM sales teams and processes
• Bachelor's degree in Science/Technology/Engineering, Math or similar
